Museum of Distillation

Meeting in person is the best beginning to any relationship. That is why we prepared something special for our visitors.

In Vrsar, the small seaside town where we grew up, we opened an intimate Museum of Distillation — a space where we have displayed our private collection of old copper stills, wooden presses and barrels, along with many other tools once used in alcohol production.

The panels placed throughout the Museum tell the story of Istria and Vrsar through history, as well as the role alcohol played over time. Special attention is dedicated to the story of alcohol smuggling, which for centuries took place quietly in the background and still lives on today through legends shared across the Istrian countryside.

At the entrance to the Museum there is a small tasting room, where visitors can taste and purchase Cain&Abel spirits. The tasting room can also be visited independently, although many guests enjoy combining the two experiences — slowly exploring the museum exhibits with a glass in hand.
